Brownie Coconut Chocolate Glazed Bars

I took a vote on Facebook...and even though most people votes for peppermint, the one person that works with me, who will be in the office on Monday, voted coconut!

So, again from my favorite book called Baked, I made a version of their Grasshopper Bars. Only, the middle layer if flavored with coconut & toasted coconut rather than mint liquor.

The bottom layer is an awesomely fudgy brownie, then topped with the coconut butter cream, topped with a simple chocolate glaze. Very decadent. Probably need to try these with peanut butter, too. Just sayin'...yum.
