Grasshopper Cupcakes

Sometimes I don't feel like writing anything - mostly cause I am not that in to writing. So this is short and sweet (omg...is there a joke there...unintentional, I swear)...

Simple cupcake - but good. Chocolate cupcake, topped with a Creme de Menthe flavored meringue frosting - tall, as tall as possible...then dipped into chocolate ganache.

Was slightly tricky - should have given myself more time to allow these to freeze before dipping to keep the height...But whatev...they were good anyhow!
