Bars are kinda fun to make. These are called Brewers Blondies because 1) they are supposed to be made with malt from a brewery. Well, I had ot kind of fake that since I don't live near a brewery...or wait, I probably do, but this wasn't planned out or anything! And 2) they are like brownies, but lack the chocolate.
From my fav book, Baked, of course. These have malt powder, chocolate chips & pecans in them. I bought some giant malt balls for an occasion such as this...and I lost them! LOL, what can ya do?! Well, I found them yesterday in my car. Whoops, they were a little melted...
