Whiskey Cream Cake

Have I made a lot of 'good-bye' cakes lately?! It seems that way, but I guess I have only made 2. This cake was for my friend/co-worker for her last day before starting a new job.

This was sort of a bunch or recipes piled on top of one another...


The crust was just a standard graham cracker crust, then I baked a thin layer of brownie on top of that, then topped it with a layer (thick) of whiskey cream. That was the only real recipe I followed - found here. Then, I topped it, once set, with a chocolate glaze.
Here is a view after it was sliced. It turned out well - next time I'd try to make the chocolate glaze a little softer, just for easier slicing.
