PB & J Chocolate Cupcakes

I like to make things I haven't made before. Here is a chocolate cupcake, stuffed with peanut butter fudge, chocolate ganache, peanut brittle & raspberry sauce.

Then, topped with a raspberry vanilla swirled butter cream & a crystallized chocolate cube.
